My machine stalls out at the ms 4 color flag, needs to be rebooted and automatically goes into self diag. and repair. Then it goes into restore mode.After it gets through screwing with my ability to handle stress, it finally loads and starts Windows 7. When I turn off my machine it downloads 2 updates, yup, the same ones that stall out my computer. The next time I start my machine, the whole process begins again. I can no longer control my update schedule because all options are in subdued text. This forced update is a total dud.I talked to a local GURU about this, and he has been swamped with similar complaints. He said it was an attempt to update for the newest or newer version of Windows, well it seems to be incompatible with older versions. Either writ program that works, or, can your saboteur.
