I had this problem: System.UnauthorizedAccessException Message=Access to the path 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts' is denied. which means that the Access to the host blocked. I contact the live agent called Michael Angelo T he suggest me to run the compatibility troubleshooter. the troubleshooter found nothing of course cause the problem was in the hosts file. after it didn't work he suggested To perform Inplace upgrade that took 3 hours and didn't solved my problem. after the 3 hours update I contact a friend who helped me solve the problem. which means that after a 4 hours working on this issue with your agent with no success my friend solved this problem with ONE SIMPLE STATE.
