You get the picture, I don't make a purchase lightly, I research extensively to make sure I know exactly what I'm getting. Unfortunately, there is no Microsoft Store near me. I live San Benito, Texas, the only store near me is San Antonio, over three hours away. I happened to be going to Austin, Texas on business and decided to shop. Prior to this, I applied for the Dell Financing Program and was approved. I went to the Microsoft Store, which was about 20 minutes from where I was staying. I went in and Ana, the sales associate greeted me at the door. Although I knew what I was looking for, I had not seen the actual device yet. Ana was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about your products and was a great consultant. She walked me through the process and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. I appreciated that she made no judgements, answered my questions, helped me with my purchase, and was polite and personable. Thank you. I have at times left other stores (not Microsoft Stores) because of rude, disinterested, or prejudiced sales associates who are not interested in my questions because of preconceived notions they have as I walk through the door.
